Simple is a streamlined self-serve digital experience. Premium Digital adds the full styled setup, including a premium tension backdrop, curated props, glam / studio lighting, and a Designer photo template. Premium Print adds standard 2×6 instant prints and on-call print support during your booked print-service period.

All three experiences include 2 hours: Simple is $195, Premium Digital is $425, and Premium Print is $750. Additional time is $30 per hour for Simple, $50 per hour for Premium Digital, and $80 per hour for Premium Print. Optional upgrades are priced separately.

Simple and Premium Digital are self-serve after setup; an attendant and on-call support are not included. Premium Print includes on-call print support during your booked print-service period. This does not mean an attendant remains continuously onsite, and it does not guarantee a specific response time.

Premium Print includes standard 2×6 instant prints alongside digital sharing. You can add the 4×6 Print Upgrade for $50. Choose Simple or Premium Digital for digital photo delivery.

All three experiences let guests receive their photos by text. Digital galleries are available for private events by request; a gallery is not automatically included with every booking.

Choose your experience, then follow the booking steps to enter your details, select your event date and time, and review the available options. Complete the booking agreement and payment steps shown in the booking system to reserve.

Professional setup and teardown are included with all three experiences. Premium Digital and Premium Print include a premium tension backdrop. With Simple, use your own backdrop or decorated area, a suitable venue background, or add a professional backdrop for $100.

Simple includes a clean black-and-white design with basic event, name, or date personalization. A Designer Template Upgrade is available for $50. Premium Digital and Premium Print include a Designer photo template; Custom Photo Design is available for $150.

The non-refundable reservation retainer is $100 for Simple, $200 for Premium Digital, and $300 for Premium Print. Your date is reserved once the required retainer is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event; for bookings less than 30 days away, payment is due when you sign the agreement. Review your total, payment schedule, and booking agreement before completing your reservation.

Digital sharing needs a reliable internet connection. Our packages include a hotspot, but cellular coverage and venue conditions can affect delivery. If there is no connection during your event, digital images will be delivered once a connection is available.

Please provide a level, solid, reasonably clean setup area with room for your chosen experience and add-ons, plus convenient parking and access for setup and teardown. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gate codes, loading restrictions, and venue rules before your event.

Space and power needs depend on your setup and rental length. Contact us with your venue details so we can confirm placement and power arrangements before you book.

We may arrive approximately 1–2 hours before your event for setup. Actual arrival time depends on venue access, event logistics, travel conditions, and your setup. Let us know if your venue requires an earlier load-in or has a restricted setup window.

Waylight serves Klamath Falls, the Klamath Basin, and surrounding areas. Travel is calculated from our Klamath Falls starting point using round-trip distance. The current booking rate is $1.35 per mile, with no charge for the first 25 miles. Enter your venue address during booking to see the travel charge before you reserve. For destinations farther away, contact us to confirm service availability and logistics.
